After graduating from the George Brown Pastry Arts Program Kat and her brother Kris opened up shop in Streetsville in 2007. Kat’s passion for quality and attention to detail is apparent in all of her recipes. What’s Kat’s favorite dessert to bake? she says it’s her new line of gourmet cupcakes.

Kris graduated from Humber College in Business Management in 1998 and handles the day to day operations at Cake Royale. Kris’s customer focused mentality has helped Cake Royale become a reputable cafe and pastry shop. Kris makes everyone feel at home!
